We'll give you a firm quote within minutes. Once you confirm, we schedule a carrier that aligns with your move date. If your orders change (and we know they sometimes do), we'll adjust the schedule at no extra charge as long as we have at least 48 hours notice.
On pickup day, the driver conducts a full vehicle inspection with photos and documents everything on the Bill of Lading. Your car is loaded, secured, and tracked throughout transit. Delivery to most CONUS destinations takes 3 to 7 days depending on distance. We'll send you real-time updates so you always know where your vehicle is.
If you need to ship from on-base housing, we can typically arrange gate access with advance notice. We also deliver to on-base locations at the receiving end when the installation allows carrier entry.
