Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the https://broncocarhauling.com website and the auto transport services provided by Bronco Car Hauling LLC ("we," "us," "Bronco Car Hauling"). By using our website or booking a shipment, you agree to these Terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
1. Service Overview
Bronco Car Hauling is an auto transport broker licensed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We coordinate the shipment of motor vehicles by connecting customers with licensed, bonded, and insured motor carriers. We don't physically transport vehicles ourselves. Carriers in our network are independent contractors, not employees of Bronco Car Hauling.
2. Booking and Agreements
When you book a shipment with us, you enter into a transport agreement that includes:
- The vehicle(s) to be transported (year, make, model, condition)
- Pickup and delivery locations
- Estimated pickup and delivery dates
- Total price and payment terms
- Transport type (open, enclosed, or expedited)
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Factors including weather, traffic, mechanical issues, and carrier availability can affect timing. We'll communicate any significant delays as quickly as possible.
3. Pricing and Payment
Quotes provided by Bronco Car Hauling are based on current market conditions, distance, vehicle size, and transport type. Prices are subject to change if the vehicle information or route details provided at the time of the quote turn out to be inaccurate.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on a carrier. The remaining balance is due at delivery unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, certified checks, and bank transfers.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Non-running or inoperable vehicles ($100 to $200)
- Oversized or modified vehicles that exceed standard dimensions
- Remote or hard-to-access pickup/delivery locations
- Storage fees if the vehicle is not available for pickup at the scheduled time
4. Vehicle Condition and Inspection
The carrier will inspect your vehicle at both pickup and delivery, documenting its condition on a Bill of Lading (BOL). You or your designated representative must be present to sign the BOL at both ends. It is your responsibility to review the BOL carefully and note any discrepancies before signing at delivery.
You must disclose any known mechanical issues, modifications, or damage to the vehicle at the time of booking. Failure to disclose a non-running condition, aftermarket modifications, or existing damage may result in additional charges or cancellation of the shipment.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle (items left inside are not covered by carrier insurance)
- Keep the gas tank at approximately one-quarter full
- Disable any aftermarket alarm systems
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled pickup time and location
- Have someone 18 or older present at pickup and delivery to sign the BOL
- Provide one set of keys to the driver
6. Insurance and Liability
All carriers in our network are required to carry cargo insurance as mandated by the FMCSA. This insurance covers damage to your vehicle during loading, transport, and unloading. Coverage amounts typically range from $100,000 to $250,000 per load.
Bronco Car Hauling, as a broker, is not liable for damage that occurs while your vehicle is in the carrier's possession. The carrier and the carrier's insurance provider are the responsible parties for any damage claims. We will, however, assist you in filing and following up on claims.
The following are not covered by carrier cargo insurance:
- Personal belongings left inside the vehicle
- Pre-existing damage or mechanical issues
- Damage caused by acts of God (hail, floods, falling debris)
- Normal wear from road conditions (minor rock chips, dust accumulation)
7. Damage Claims
If your vehicle is damaged during transport:
- Note the damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery before signing
- Take clear, dated photographs of the damage
- Contact Bronco Car Hauling within 24 hours at 719-249-6543 or info@broncocarhauling.com
- Do not begin repairs until the claim is processed
Failure to note damage on the BOL at the time of delivery may affect your ability to file a successful claim.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking under the following terms:
- Before a carrier is assigned: Full refund of your deposit.
- After a carrier is assigned but before pickup: Cancellation fee may apply, typically $50 to $200 depending on the circumstances.
- After the vehicle has been picked up: No refund. You are responsible for the full transport cost.
To cancel, contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, government restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bronco Car Hauling acts as a licensed broker and is not a motor carrier. Our liability is limited to the brokerage services we provide. We're not responsible for delays, damage, or losses that occur while the vehicle is in the physical custody of the carrier. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount of brokerage fees paid for the specific shipment in question.
10. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in El Paso County, Colorado. You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal regulations, including those of the FMCSA.
